Place is clean and front desk staff was friendly. End of good things to say. I brought my vehicle in as my dad trusted the name. At this shop however, nothing was to be admitted or trusted. Vehicle was having a few issues, so I took it in to have those issues checked out. The estimate was for more than 4k. Come to find out, they never checked out my vehicle at all. They said it needed a need master cylinder (over $70 + labor) and it was a wheel cylinder (7.99). Just an example. I will NOT be taking vehicle there again.

Michael, I apologize for the misunderstanding with our staff. They failed to communicate clearly and effectively about the condition and options for your car. We have since put procedures in place to help prevent misunderstandings like this in the future. I hope you will give me a call when you are feeling better. Leon

High marks because they got the job done, and solved a problem no one else figured out. My first visit, and trust is earned... some of the charges seem excessive. Makes me nervous...

Great people, great service. I took my car in for an oil leak, was treated very well, the leak was fixed, and I was charged a fair price. I highly recommend Kresky.
