Very professional, explained the problems carefully and apologized for an unexpected delay in getting parts. I feel like they can be trusted and that they have the knowledge to take care of my aging vehicle.

The starter went out on my 1995 toyota pickup. It was taken to Kresky because they had done work before on my little pickup. They fixed my starter and then informed me that I might have a few more problems. They were correct and they noted problems that I had since I had bought the little pick up. Turned out they were spot on and they were problems that I had tried to get fixed but were never resolved. Kresky fixed them all, the price was more than reasonable, and that little Toyota has never sounded better and run greater. Would not take it anywhere else. These guys are great and very reasonable. Our vehicle broke down 400 miles away from home. We had three toddlers in the car, it was 110°F, there were no hotel vacancies for 100 miles (we called them all), every mechanic or shop we called was either closed for the evening or closed early due to heat, and a tow truck was at least a 6 hour wait. Fortunately, we had family only a couple hours away who borrowed a car to come rescue us for the night, and we dropped our vehicle off at Kresky late at night, not knowing anything about them other than they were the closest shop on the AAA list. Despite the extreme heat and a very busy shop, the folks at Kresky got our car fixed in just a couple of days, before a holiday weekend, so we could all get home and make it to work. They provided excellent service and a list of things for our mechanic at home to follow up on when we made it back. Thanks to everyone at Kresky for getting us home!
